What is my commission for BestTariffs.net reservations?

We pay 5% commission on the base rate of all consumed bookings. Payment is mailed the month following check out, and there is a Rs. 1000/- minimum required to generate a check.

How do I reserve hotel room for my client ?

1. Choose the city where you need a hotel.

2. Select preferences of Category of Hotel and Location.

3. Click the "Find Hotels Now" button to view the available hotels.

4. Review hotel descriptions by clicking "Hotel Details" and check "Tariffs".

5. Review Rooms and their Tariffs and begin the reservation process by clicking "Book Now" for the selected room.

6. Furnish the booking information on the "Hotel Booking Form".

7. Insert the charge/credit card information and your reservation will be booked immediately.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

We will send you a confirmation email after you complete your reservation that will include the dates of your reservation and payment of the total cost.

What if I need to review, change, or cancel my reservation?

Send an email to us immediately.

In case of cancellations the amount will be remitted to the user after deduction of a Service Fees (Flat charge of Rs. 200 only) plus the transaction costs. There may be additional deductions if the room is cancelled outside the policy limits for the hotel. This will vary from 24 hours before check-in to several days or weeks before arrival. The cancellation policy will be fully disclosed before the booking is completed. There is no refund for no-shows or early check out. However, we seek to reassure you that we do not look forward to levy any cancellation charges as a source of income and such charges shall be levied by us only as a last resort to offset any costs we may incur in the process of booking.

How do I pay for the bookings made for my clients ?

All reservations are prepaid using a charge/credit card for the room plus BestTariffs.net service charges, card transaction costs, and taxes.

What if I have a special request for my room?

Special Requests can be made at the time of booking. Room types are typically confirmed and requests and preferences are noted in the reservation, but are on request with the hotel and based upon availability upon check in.

Once you enter the reservations system to book a room, you are automatically directed into a fully secure payment gateway that guarantees a safe and smooth transaction. Thus there is no question of any leakage of your information from the BestTariffs.net
